We provide supported employment and work skills training in an inclusive environment where every young person can thrive.
We offer a welcoming work environment where young persons can learn, grow, and thrive. Through supported roles in our toy factory, participants develop practical skills, routine, and confidence while being part of a respectful and inclusive team that celebrates individual strengths.
Our small factory is located in North Lakes in the Moreton Bay Region just north of Brisbane. NDIS funding can be used to provide support and assistance for young persons to take advantage of our individually tailored programs, both with working hours and tasks.
Our mission for inclusion is to move beyond traditional sheltered models and foster a mixed workforce where young people with unique challenges work alongside a wider team. In our fun and happy work environment, they are surrounded by supportive colleagues, creating meaningful opportunities for positive role modelling, shared responsibility, and genuine workplace integration.

Versaplay is our partner toy factory located in North Lakes, Moreton Bay Region — just north of Brisbane. Participants in the Versacare program work alongside the Versaplay team, gaining real-world work skills in a supported, inclusive, and positive environment.
